Culinary Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated Culinary Ambassador to join our team at CAVA - Midtown East. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering a culture of transparency, humility, positivity, thoughtfulness, and fanaticism.

As a Culinary Ambassador, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Enthusiastically educating guests about our menu and creating mind-blowing meals
• Keeping the kitchen, dining room, and restrooms clean and organized
• Following recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency
• Adhering to safety and sanitation procedures and all CAVA standards
• Racking up and stocking stations while maintaining cleanliness and organization, and assisting with putting deliveries away

We expect our Culinary Ambassadors to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences. You will also be expected to develop yourself and others, put the customer first, achieve results, foster collaboration, and adapt to change.
