We are a luxury banquet service provider, committed to delivering exceptional events that exceed our guests' expectations. As an Assistant Banquet Manager at Ashland Hills F&B, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of our events.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Banquet Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our banquet department. This includes ensuring that all events are executed flawlessly, managing staff, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Banquet Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the banquet department
  • Ensure that all events are executed flawlessly and to the highest standards
  • Manage staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Ensure that all equipment is in good working order
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a banquet or event management role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Experience with event planning software
  • Experience managing a team of staff members

Compensation and Benefits

As an Assistant Banquet Manager, you can expect a competitive salary range of $19-23 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement plan, life insurance, and paid time off.
