Fish Cutter Specialist

Job Summary:

  • Responsible for cutting fish to specifications with high quality and proper yields.
  • Must be able to cut all species of fish, fresh and saltwater.
  • Individuals must have knowledge of raw material and inventory experience.
  • Works the Salmon Fillet production line, responsible for yields in the decap process.

Benefits:

  • $20.00+/hour depending on experience.
  • Monday to Thursday and Saturday start time 2:00 AM to finish. Off Fridays and Sundays.
