What We Need You For

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for organizing, directing, and managing the overall maintenance and preservation of the community. This role requires exceptional leadership and team-building skills to ensure all areas of the community are well-maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Directs and oversees maintenance staff to maintain a high level of service and quality.
  • Monitors, supports, and improves team performance by providing training and development opportunities.
  • Maintains proper inventory levels and orders supplies as needed to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Works hands-on to ensure market-ready, occupied, and preventative maintenance is performed accurately and efficiently.
  • Obtains bids and interacts with contractors to negotiate competitive pricing of supplies.
  • Collaborates with the Property Manager to manage community budget and expenditures related to maintenance.
Qualifications

We're looking for a highly motivated individual with:

  • Five years of apartment management and supervisor experience.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills to direct, motivate, train, and develop subordinates.
  • Type II A/C Certification or Universal.
  • A valid driver's license.
