We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Customer Service: Provide excellent service to customers, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Equipment Operation: Operate all equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, fryers, and cash registers.
• Inventory Management: Receive and process inventory, restock ingredients, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain the restaurant, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.

• Age: Must be at least 16 years old.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
