About the Position

As a Residential Unit Supervisor at Youth Opportunity Investments, LLC, you will oversee the Housing Unit operations, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of youth in need.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the housing unit, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Supervise assigned personnel, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Develop work schedules and ensure effective operation of all functional areas of the facility during assigned shifts.
  • Coordinate youths' appointments and transports, as well as intake/discharge procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with state rules and regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college.
  • Minimum three years of experience working with children in a residential setting, preferably with serious emotional disturbances or substance abuse problems.
  • Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
  • First aid/CPR certification required.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $58,000 - $62,500 per year.
