Job Summary:

The Culinary Specialist is responsible for delivering an exceptional culinary experience for our Guests through the preparation and presentation of our menu. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for food. The ideal candidate will have previous kitchen experience and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**

* Prepare and cook food to order, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
* Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Provide exceptional Guest service, responding to Guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain accurate records of food preparation and inventory levels.

**Requirements:**

* Previous kitchen experience, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds.
* Must be at least 18 years of age.
