We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Traditional Allograft Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic production team at Community Blood Center. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping us develop novel techniques for allograft joint repair and bringing hope to patients in need of tissue transplants.
Key Responsibilities:- Work collaboratively with surgeons and other partners to develop and implement new techniques for allograft joint repair
- Contribute to the manufacturing process of allografts, ensuring high-quality products that meet the needs of patients
- Participate in quality control and assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and implement best practices
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Good eye-hand coordination skills
