Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician Specialist to join our team at one of our Vetco Total Care full-service hospitals. As a key member of our technical team, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional veterinary care to our patients and outstanding customer service to their owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and patients, obtain vital signs, and document patient information in our electronic medical record system.
  • Assist veterinarians with appointments, surgeries, and other medical procedures, ensuring seamless communication and teamwork.
  • Perform laboratory tests, dispense medications, and maintain accurate records.
  • Schedule appointments, communicate with clients, and manage accounts receivable.
Requirements
  • Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT) certification in the state where the hospital is located.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Veterinary Technician or in a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Compassion, empathy, and a professional attitude in emotional and stressful situations.
Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive salary range is $20.50 - $33.00 per hour, based on location and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
