Event Custodian Opportunity

Paradise Coast Sports Complex, a premier sport, recreation and entertainment destination, is seeking a detail-oriented and flexible Event Custodian to join their championship-level team. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of office spaces, meeting rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work well under minimal supervision, and be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and some holidays. Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize office spaces, meeting rooms, bathrooms, and public areas
• Perform general clean-up of all areas of the building as directed
• Monitor for spills throughout the facility and clean as needed
• Clean all floor surfaces and glass in facility
• Facility trash & recycles removal
• Complete special projects, daily assignments, and other duties as directed by management
• Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders
• Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests

Requirements:

• Housekeeping/janitorial experience preferred
• Ability to work well under minimal supervision
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to navigate around the facility for long periods of time
• Facility has intermittent noise
