Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $68,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on your location and experience.

Job Overview

As a Sleep Expert, you will be responsible for creating a life-changing in-store experience for our customers. You will undergo extensive training to develop the skills and knowledge needed to empower our customers to build the perfect sleep sanctuary.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create a customer-centric environment by cultivating strong relationships with customers.
  • Provide technical product knowledge and serve as a subject matter expert to inform customers' purchasing decisions.
  • Drive individual sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) while upholding company values and supporting initiatives.
  • Maintain customer relationships post-purchase, resolving issues and sending delivery reminders as needed.
  • Stay aware of competition, advertisements, and services offered by competitors.
  • Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and drive sales.
