About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Lake Nona Wave Hotel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales efforts, and contributing to the success of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Utilize initiative to resolve guest opportunities and create loyalty.
  • Share knowledge of services and amenities with guests to make them feel comfortable and valued.
  • Collaborate with team members to communicate guest needs to staff and management.
  • Promptly answer telephones and greet guests with enthusiasm.
  • Produce quotes and written confirmation to clients.
  • Produce accurate and timely reports for sales leadership.
  • Assist with event setup and tear down, and coordinate amenity deliveries.
  • Attend meetings as assigned by sales leadership.
Requirements
  • Minimum three years of previous Sales and Marketing coordinator experience.
  • College Degree in Business or Hotel Management preferred.
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor.
  • Proficient working knowledge of computers in a windows environment.
  • Ability to learn and master CRM and PMS systems.
  • Proven accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage workload efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven sales and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams across multiple properties.
