About the Role

LifeBridge Health is seeking a skilled Catering Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our support services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of catering functions at Sinai Hospital.

Job Summary

The Catering Operations Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and executing all catering events, including setup, maintenance, and breakdown. This includes attending to customer service needs, maintaining inventory levels, and performing monthly inventory on equipment and utensils.

Main Responsibilities
  • Organize and execute catering functions according to the Daily Function sheet, ensuring timely setup and breakdown.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels, ordering necessary equipment and utensils with manager approval.
  • Perform monthly inventory on equipment and utensils, documenting findings and implementing improvements.
  • Responsible for proper receipt, storage, and return of rental items, including linens, flowers, and equipment.
