Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Department Coordinator to join our team at H&M Group. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving sales growth through effective visual merchandising and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain a high-fashion quality visual presentation of the store, including product displays and window displays.
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of visual merchandising plans and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to develop and implement visual displays and promotions.
  • Monitor and maintain store inventory levels, including receiving and processing shipments.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in retail operations or visual merchandising.
  • Strong knowledge of fashion trends and visual merchandising principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
