Job Summary

">

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Strategist or Director of Total Rewards and Compensation to lead our compensation initiatives and manage compensation programs for all levels within the organization, including executives, professionals, specialties, exempt, and non-exempt staff.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • ">
  • Develop and implement compensation programs that align with organizational objectives, ensuring fairness, equity, and compliance with government regulations.">
  • Provide expert advice on pay decisions, policy interpretation, and job design to ensure creative solutions for compensation-related programs.">
  • Oversee the effective use of compensation management tools by the compensation team, managing adherence to service level agreements.">
  • Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of compensation tools, policies, and procedures, completing inventory checks and monitoring adherence to relevant policies and procedures.">
  • Lead executive salary and incentive plan administration, calculating and paying awards as directed.">
  • Oversight of the hiring, orientation, coaching, training, and development of team members, providing leadership and technical guidance.">
  • Responsible for the compensation department budget and developing metrics for reporting compensation programs.">
  • Collaborate with HR leaders to review and harmonize management incentive programs across the system.">

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field, with a master's degree preferred.">
  • Considerable experience in leading compensation initiatives and managing/administering compensation programs, preferably in the healthcare industry.">
  • Certification in Compensation (CCP), Human Resources, or a related field is desired.">
  • Detailed knowledge of government laws and regulations affecting base and incentive compensation programs.">
  • High-level analytical and problem-solving skills, business acumen, and proficiency in PowerPoint, spreadsheet analysis, and HRIS systems.">
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with administrative and management team members, including senior executives.">
  • Ability to develop and manage vendor relationships.">

Salary Information

">

The estimated salary range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 annually, depending on experience.
