Administrative Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY
Our Property Administrative Specialists play a vital role in supporting various hotel functions. They work across departments, such as Guest Services, Engineering, and Food & Beverage, to provide administrative assistance.
Key responsibilities include preparing documents using software, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, and acting as a liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process.
Our Property Administrative Specialists are critical to ensuring smooth hotel operations. They must create a safe work environment, follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and maintain a professional appearance and communication.
Additional responsibilities include developing and maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues and departments, supporting the team to achieve common goals, and responding appropriately to employee concerns.
Accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions must be reported to management. Property Administrative Specialists must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
