About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Travel Nurse Medical-Surgical Specialist to join our team at a top-rated facility in Dallas, Texas. This is a 13-week assignment with a competitive pay package that includes tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in medical-surgical nursing and excellent communication skills. The role involves providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, assessing patients' needs, and developing individualized plans of care.
  • Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and after procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control policies.
Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess:

  • A valid RN license and current certification in medical-surgical nursing.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
