Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing design projects from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee design projects from start to finish, ensuring all objectives are achieved.
  • Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring financial compliance and efficiency.
  • Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
  • Effectively allocate and manage resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
  • Accurately interpret and apply construction drawings and specifications.
  • Support construction administration with site visits, submittal reviews, and responding to RFIs.
  • Act as the primary client liaison, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Ensure that projects meet quality standards and comply with all regulations.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • +2 years of project management experience within the architecture or engineering industries.
  • Expertise in interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
