We are seeking an experienced Lead Education Manager to join our team at Respond, Inc. Respond, Inc. is a charitable, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization created by community residents. Our mission is to provide comprehensive services in child care, senior adult centers, programs for homeless adults, rental housing, home ownership, youth services, employment, and economic development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Center Directors in overall management of five Early Learning Centers, including overseeing physical facilities, curriculum management, and covering classrooms as needed.
  • Maintain best possible environment for children through collaborative efforts with the total team.
  • Help implement classroom curriculum and maintain ongoing relationships with employees and parents.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited college or university.
  • Five years of experience working with children, preferably in early childhood education.
  • Child Development Associate Certification required; valid New Jersey Instructional Pre-K-3 Teacher's Certificate preferred.
Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000 - $47,000, commensurate with experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, generous paid time off, and paid holidays.
