This role is responsible for performing facility maintenance duties and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work independently, and have a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, sweeping, and trash removal.
- Inspect facilities to identify and report any maintenance issues.
- Operate equipment, such as automatic sweepers and scrubbers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with special projects, such as painting and repairing facilities.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in facility maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
