Neuro Trauma Nurse Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Trauma Med-Surg unit at St. Mary's Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional patient care. As a Registered Nurse on our Neuro Trauma Med-Surg unit, you will have the chance to work with a diverse range of patients, from general medical-surgical to ICU step-down patients, and make a meaningful impact on their lives.
About You:
- You hold a current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
- You have completed a BSN degree or will do so within four years of hire, unless exempt by previous experience.
- You possess current American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS-HCP) certification upon hire or obtained within 60 days of hire with prior approval.
- You have excellent communication skills and can effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- You are able to see and read patient information and labels, operate monitors, assess patient needs, stand for extended periods, and lift/move patients and equipment.

Salary Range:
The hourly range for this position is $36.35 - $54.53 per hour, with the potential for annual performance-based increases. Your expertise and dedication to providing exceptional patient care will be rewarded through our competitive compensation package.
