Montessori Educator

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled Montessori educator to support our mixed-aged classrooms at Guidepost Montessori in Lewisville, TX.

This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to work with children aged 6 weeks to 6 years old and gain experience in Montessori education.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with young children and excellent communication skills.

Familiarity with the Montessori approach is preferred but not required.

We offer a comprehensive training program for exceptional employees who wish to grow into Lead Guide roles.

• Experience working with children aged 0-6 years
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong love for teaching and learning
• Flexibility to float between classrooms as needed
