About the Role

Valtas Group LLC is seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization in its mission to end sex trafficking. As the CEO, you will be responsible for driving our strategic vision, executing our growth plans, and ensuring the operational excellence of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to drive growth and impact
  • Lead the organization in achieving its mission and vision
  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors and senior leadership team to set organizational goals and objectives
  • Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure operational excellence
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community leaders
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure fiscal responsibility
  • Lead the organization in its fundraising efforts, including developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy
  • Ensure the organization's compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a non-profit or social impact organization
  • Proven track record of driving growth and impact in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong financial management skills, with the ability to develop and manage budgets and financial reports
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
