Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Planning and Estimation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will estimate and develop manufacturing plans based on customer drawings, specifications, and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate and develop manufacturing plans using customer drawings, specifications, and requirements.
  • Read and interpret customer drawings and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with the production team to create best manufacturing plans and processes.
  • Manage material requisitions and services needed within project timelines.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and our production team as necessary.
  • Work closely with customers to address any changes in order scope, including evaluating, estimating, quoting, and planning adjustments.
  • Participate in customer conference calls and meetings as required.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing.
  • Strong reading comprehension skills for engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Effective time management and organization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • The capacity to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Prior experience in planning and estimation within fabrication and machining fields is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with computer applications such as Google, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project.

We offer competitive compensation details: $60,000-$75,000 yearly salary.
