Medical Oncology Care Coordinator

As a vital part of our healthcare team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional patient-centered care as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN). You will adhere to the YNHHS mission, vision, values, and strategic initiatives, promoting a culture that prioritizes quality outcomes.
Responsibilities- Standards of Practice: Our RNs are guided by the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice (2015). They utilize the nursing process components of assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver high-quality care.
- Standards of Professional Performance: Our RNs engage in professional activities related to ethics, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence-based practice, and research. They prioritize providing safe, effective, and fiscally responsible care.
We seek highly skilled professionals with the following qualifications:
- Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
- Licenses/Certifications: Current registration as a nurse in the State of Connecticut.
We offer a competitive salary range of $62,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits packages.
The physical demands of this role include prolonged standing, walking, use of sight, hearing, and touch. You may be exposed to infectious diseases and end-of-life conditions. Moderate stress and risk of injury from patient care are inherent aspects of this position.
