We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Engineer – Operations Development Lead to join our team in Rancho Bernardo, CA. This position will be part of the Avionics Integration Organization, supporting the MQ-4C Triton Program.

The selected candidate will lead the Operations Development team, responsible for the horizontal technical integration within the Mission Systems Integrated Product Team (MS IPT). Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing day-to-day program execution and staffing for the Development team
  • Collaborating with Responsible Engineers to develop system-level approaches to resolve technical issues
  • Coordinating adequate MS IPT personnel support for supplier sites and operational sites
  • Developing process metrics and utilizing trend analysis to help the IPT work more efficiently

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in planning staffing requirements and EVM techniques, as well as experience in Risk Management and solving technical problems. A Bachelor's Degree in a STEM discipline and 12 years of related engineering experience, or equivalent, is required.
