Senior Scrum Master

Job Summary:
As a key member of Walmart Connect's Product team, you will play a pivotal role in building industry-defining omni-channel ad platforms at scale. Your expertise will enable Walmart suppliers to reach shoppers with relevant ads and high-performing campaigns, while enhancing shoppers' shopping journeys.
This role is perfect for individuals motivated by complex, purposeful challenges and who thrive in dynamic environments. You will lead the effort on building platforms that measure the effectiveness of advertising in driving customer engagement, brand lift, attribution/ROAS, and Sales Lift measurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive product lifecycle from requirement definitions, research, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, KPIs, and other launch efforts
- Work with data science, engineering, and other Walmart partners to define data requirements, measurement methodologies, APIs, and UX for reporting dashboards
- Conduct industry and competitive analysis to understand emerging trends in advertising and identify new opportunities
- Develop and enhance products by managing product roadmaps, aligning business and technical needs, analyzing customer and product data, turning customer insights into actionable initiatives, determining rollout strategy, and managing risks
- Define vision and strategies for your product family using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives
- Partner with internal advertising sales teams and Walmart retail teams to create unique, compelling experiences that benefit shoppers and advertising clients
- Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
- 5 to 7 years of experience in product management in advertising/ad tech, data analytics, and/or business intelligence/reporting. Experience in advertising measurement (MMMs, MTAs, Rest-of-Market, Brand Lift, Incrementality, Attribution) strongly preferred
- Sound business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and prioritize
- Must be able and willing to think and act strategically and tactically
- Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, proven ability to influence others internally and externally
- Test and learn mentality and an agile way of working to improve your team's products
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., engineering, computer science, data science, mathematics or the equivalent)
- 8+ years of experience leading product teams at an Online Advertising / Ad Tech business
- Deep understanding of ad measurement solutions, including Incrementality, Attribution, MMMs, MTAs, Brand Lift, strongly preferred
- Experience developing product partnerships with external partners
- Experience defining product strategy involving cross-functional stakeholders
