We offer a competitive salary of approximately $83,000 - $123,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and education assistance programs.

Job Summary

The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality respiratory care to patients in accordance with established standards and protocols. This includes performing diagnostic tests, administering respiratory therapies, and monitoring patients receiving invasive and noninvasive mechanical ventilation.

Responsibilities
  • Perform patient assessments, including breath sounds, airway patency, and cuff pressure
  • Conduct diagnostic procedures to evaluate the need for and response to respiratory therapy
  • Administer oxygen delivery, aerosol medication delivery, and chest physiotherapy
  • Assist with placement of artificial airways and initiate, monitor, and maintain mechanical ventilation
  • Monitor patients for therapeutic response and notify providers as necessary
Requirements
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date
  • Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
  • RRT/Respiratory Care Practitioner (RRT/RCP) licensure
  • State Registered Respiratory Therapist (SRT) licensure or Licensed Respiratory Therapist (LRT) licensure
