About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Avionics Systems Specialist to join our team. As an Avionics Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for operating, testing, modifying, troubleshooting, repairing, and inspecting all avionics and electrical systems on our aircraft.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Technical training and experience in AC, DC, Digital, Analog, Pulse, Comm/Nav, and Pitot/Static Systems
- Ability to read and interpret complex wiring diagrams, charts, and schematics
- At least 5 years of experience in avionics, including at least 1 year of experience using computer systems and aircraft diagnostic software
- Ability to work on maintenance stands, extending up to 25 feet, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in confined spaces and in unusual positions
- Ability to lift a minimum of 45 pounds, with or without a reasonable accommodation
- No allergy to fuels, oils, hydraulic fluids, and cleaning solvents
- Manual dexterity
Additional Desired Qualifications
We would also like to consider candidates with:
- Training and experience in corporate aircraft avionics systems; preferably with Falcon aircraft
- FCC license with Radar endorsement
- A & P license
- Ability to go on test flights
