About the Role:
As a Credit Research Analyst with Macquarie Asset Management, you will play a key role in supporting our fixed income team in high yield corporate bond and leveraged loan credit research. Based in Philadelphia, this exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your analytical skills to develop comprehensive research reports and make informed investment recommendations.

Your Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth analysis of industry dynamics, issuer strengths/weaknesses, financial trends, capital structures, and covenants to develop robust credit and relative value views on high yield bond and leveraged loan investment opportunities.
Provide buy, sell, and hold investment recommendations to portfolio managers and traders through detailed research reports and presentations.
Monitor company news releases and filings within assigned industries, keeping portfolio managers and traders informed of significant events.

Your Profile:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 4-10 years' experience in the industry, preferably with CFA certification or pursuit thereof.
In-depth knowledge of financial concepts, leveraged finance investing, and proven ability to analyze complex financial data.
Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly MS Excel, and adaptability to internal systems and Bloomberg applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
