Job Summary:

Fairview Health Services is seeking a skilled Rheumatologist to join our team at M Health Fairview Clinics and Surgery Center – Maple Grove. This is a multi-specialty clinic with various services available onsite. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality rheumatology care, including joint injections, to adult patients. Clinics have on-site laboratories as well as imaging capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive rheumatology care to adult patients
• Perform joint injections and other procedures as needed
• Collaborate with community and academic-based rheumatologists across the M Health Fairview integrated system
• Work with a strong primary and specialty care referral base within the system

Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency and Rheumatology fellowship training program
• Board certified/eligible with the ABMS
• Licensed or able to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
