Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the packaging industry
  • Proven track record of successful sales growth and profitability
  • Experience leading a team and managing sales teams
  • Strong influencing and persuasion skills
