Job Overview
At Xperience XRG, we're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our food service areas.
Responsibilities
* Set up, operate, and clean kitchen machinery and equipment properly and safely, and store them in their designated places.
* Clean and sanitize food service, preparation ware, dish room, pot room, and kitchen areas in restaurants.
* Scrape and spray all ware before placing it in the ware washing machine.
* Rack all china and glassware according to dish room standards.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a related role is highly desirable.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
