About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with strong analytical skills to take on this challenging role. The successful candidate will be responsible for learning to analyze costs and budgets for construction projects, providing accurate estimates for materials, labor, and equipment, and preparing and submitting bids and proposals. Additionally, you will review and analyze project specifications and drawings, identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities, and develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.

Requirements:
