We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Clinical Educator II to join our team at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital - Medical Center.

About the Role

As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in assessing and improving diabetic patient care and staff education. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and providing diabetes education programs, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective diabetes education programs for patients and staff
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary departments to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Assess and improve diabetic patient care through data-driven insights and best practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of three years' experience managing care of patients with Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes
  • Bilingual skills preferred (English/Spanish)
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
