Administrative Coordinator

Responsibilities- Manage records, information, and office supplies;
- Plan and coordinate schedules for employees, customers, and vendors;
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring productivity and meeting deadlines;
- Onboard new employees, organizing employment paperwork;
- Prepare weekly reports on employee performance and office operations;
- Answer phone calls, transfer callers as needed, and greet customers and vendors;
- Manage correspondence, including emails, texts, mail, and packages;
- Filing and organizing records, invoices, and important documentation;
- Coordinate work orders, scheduling, and vendor relationships;
- Previous experience in job scheduling and deliverables;
- Prioritize and multi-task effectively;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills;
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in common word processing and spreadsheet software;
$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
