Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account management strategies to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, advocating for their needs and ensuring seamless delivery of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points, driving process improvements and innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and Aetna policy updates, providing expert guidance to customers on their impact.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and colleagues, to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant healthcare industry experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Health & Life license.
