Enterprise Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute account management strategies to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, advocating for their needs and ensuring seamless delivery of our products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points, driving process improvements and innovation.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and Aetna policy updates, providing expert guidance to customers on their impact.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and colleagues, to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
- 5+ years of relevant healthcare industry experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Health & Life license.
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $132,600, depending on experience and qualifications.
