Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Speech Therapy Professional to join our school district in Macon, GA. As a School Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work with students to assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders.

About the Role

This is a contract position that offers flexibility in terms of full-time or part-time hours. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program, current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Georgia, and a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments to evaluate students' communication and swallowing abilities. They will develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication disorders and provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents. Experience working with school-aged children is preferred.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. This position also offers opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive environment.
