Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Medical Office Admin to join our healthcare client's team in the Kearny Mesa area. This full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity requires 100% onsite work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring exceptional customer service by greeting and checking them in upon arrival.
  • Perform administrative duties including phone/email correspondence, scheduling patient appointments, referrals, updating patient demographics, and assisting with other clerical tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service/administrative position – our client is open to all industry backgrounds.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
  • Ability to work well within multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office.
Salary Details:$18.00 per hour
