$13.50 per hour with Flexible Pay Options

In this role, you will take pride in meaningful work that enables individuals to grow, learn, and thrive. Build genuine, impactful relationships with the individuals you support. What You Will Bring to Sevita as a Personal Support Specialist:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Preferred six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination.
  • Skills: Strong background in caregiving, including roles such as Direct Support Professional (DSP), STNA, and Resident Assistant.
  • Attributes: Compassionate, patient, reliable, and responsible.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance may be required for certain positions.
