Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Tru by Hilton Florence. As a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing room bookings, and ensuring a seamless stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage room bookings, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Provide warm welcomes, check guests in and out, and ensure accurate key and room number distribution
  • Perform general bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate guest account information
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of hotel operations, policies, and procedures
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front desk or guest services role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
