Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Pyramid Healthcare Inc. in Duncansville. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking and serving food to our clients in accordance with established policies and procedures.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm. We offer flexible scheduling opportunities for advancement and career growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepares, cooks and serves food in accordance with established quality standards and regulatory requirements
  2. Maintains a clean and safe environment in the kitchen at all times
  3. Complies with food safety standards and guidelines during all phases of food handling
  4. Completes required documentation including food and equipment temperature logs
  5. Washes and sanitizes dishes, utensils and equipment, returning them to proper storage areas as requested
  6. Assists in receiving, rotating and storing food and supplies
Requirements
  • Previous food service experience preferred
  • ServSafe Certification preferred
