Job Description

Principal Cybersecurity Product Manager

This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead the development and success of our cybersecurity products. As a Principal Cybersecurity Product Manager at Arkose Labs, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our product vision and guiding the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to secure buy-in for product initiatives, collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans, and ensure that roadmap items are well-defined, scoped appropriately, and delivered on time.

About This Role
  • Lead the development and success of our cybersecurity products, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and deliver exceptional products to our customers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to shape product vision and guide the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and business goals to inform product decisions and drive successful execution.
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback collection to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Define and track key product performance metrics post-launch, analyzing user data, customer feedback, and market trends to make informed decisions for continuous product improvement.

Requirements

Must-Haves:
  • At least 5 years of experience in driving successful cloud security, fraud or bot security product development from concept to launch.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solid technical understanding, with proficiency in product management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify challenges and devise creative solutions.
  • Project management skills, with experience coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Familiarity with Cloud Security/Bot Management and its unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Agile experience, with knowledge of Agile methodologies for product development, such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making skills, with proficiency in using data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure success.
  • Relevant certifications in product management (e.gCertified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Marketing) and/or Cloud/Web Security (CISSP etc).

What We Offer

Competitive salary: $190,000 - $220,000 per year
