- Prepare molds for production.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine required machine operations and finish requirements.
- Inspect tools for defects and repair tools.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Select the correct shop equipment and precision measurement devices for the job.
- Perform precision work to exacting tolerances and dimensions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, interpret, and analyze blueprints.
- Strong understanding of molds for production.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams.
