Job Summary

Aston Carter is seeking a seasoned Service Operations Leader to drive business growth and revenue goals across various departments. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring all teams are meeting KPIs and contributing to company success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Provide clear direction and motivate teams to achieve company objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure teams receive necessary training and support to deliver high-quality services.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a healthy work environment and promote employee growth and development.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Financial Management: Manage annual budget and control expenses to meet or exceed plan.
  • Staffing and Scheduling: Ensure sufficient staff levels to meet revenue goals and customer demand.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate workloads and personnel schedules to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in service operations management, preferably in the Septic, Sewer, and Plumbing industry.
  • Operational Expertise: Proven track record of achieving operational excellence through strong people and performance management.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to use analytics to guide optimal operations and quality outcomes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams.
