Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an experienced Auto Body Craftsman to join their team. As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose vehicle damage to determine the most effective repair plan.
- Execute repairs using various tools and techniques, including welding, painting, and metalwork.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; technical school program or apprenticeship in auto body repair preferred.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Certifications and experience in specialized areas, such as collision repair or refinishing, are a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $24-$30, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
