Project Manager Job Description

Innova Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple commercial LCM program assignments and driving execution of integrated program strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans aligned with overall strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track project milestones and facilitate scenario planning
  • Manage meeting logistics, including creation of clear and concise minutes
  • Partner with GMS&T Leader to manage and communicate program risks and mitigation strategies
  • Leverage portfolio and program management tools to track program execution and communicate to team members and management
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant scientific discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong project management, business process management, and optimization skills
  • Familiarity with end-to-end CMC drug development and understanding of critical milestones and typical bottlenecks
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to accomplish results and meet deadlines and commitments
