Senior Security Alarm Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Access Control & Security Technician to join our team at WilsonHCG. As a key member of our security integration organization, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining access control systems, CCTV cameras, and intrusion detection systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure access control systems, including LenelS2, SWH, Genetec, Avigilon, RS2, and AMAG.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on access control systems.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless integration of access control systems with CCTV cameras and intrusion detection systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in access control and security systems installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Working knowledge of access control systems, including LenelS2, SWH, Genetec, Avigilon, RS2, and AMAG.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
