About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate CNA to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced home health setting. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care that meets the unique needs of each individual.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues. You will be responsible for performing various nursing tasks, such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and providing emotional support to patients. Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols and reporting any concerns or incidents promptly.

Estimated Salary: $18,000 - $20,000 per 6-week assignment
