Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the bank's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve the bank's goals and objectives.
  • Manage the bank's financial reporting and analysis, including preparation of financial statements and regulatory reports.
  • Lead the bank's accounting and financial operations teams, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and banking standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • CPA designation or equivalent certification.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
